Thyago Rosa
CEO and Founder
Aero Crafter was built by actual professionals who have lived every side of the industry. From aircraft sales, global ferry operations, refurbishments, to airline flight decks.
Thyago began his aviation career in 2012 as a registered FAA aircraft dealer and pilot, specializing in selling and exporting airplanes to South America. Over the next 12 years, he personally completed more than 55 ferry flights in small aircraft and over 200 in long-range jets, gaining extensive international flight experience and logistical expertise.
After the first three years dedicated solely to aircraft export and ferry operations, he transitioned into corporate aviation, earning type ratings in the Hawker 800XP, Challenger 601, and Gulfstream IV while flying Part 135 charter worldwide. His career naturally evolved into the airline sector, where he continues to fly today as a Part 121 Airline Captain.
At Aero Crafter, we combine this deep, diverse experience in airline operations, general aviation, and aircraft logistics to deliver a full range of professional aviation services — including aircraft sales, acquisitions, ferry services, refurbishments.
We are your full service co-pilots navigating you through aircraft ownership. With a hands on personal approach, unlike other national companies, we are in person and local to South Florida.
